Hello Friends! This time of year the copycat Shamrock shakes seem to be all the rage. Since tomorrow is officially St. Patrick's Day I thought I would share my version--a Shamrock smoothie.
I am in love with these Chobani Greek yogurt bites. For this recipe, I blended the mint with chocolate chunk flavor, one cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup of ice.
That's it--easy, healthy, tasty and only 155 calories including my garnish of whip cream and 1/2 teaspoon of sprinkles. It also rates Ginger Grand's seal of approval.
