Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Can you believe we've already arrived at Memorial Day Weekend? This week also marks my third year of blogging from my very first Friday's Find post. It's grown since then, when I shared just one find and I'm happy to say I've been able to share every single Friday, as it seems to be one of my more popular weekly features. Whether you are a new reader or have followed all along, I want to thank you for your support and for being here. I couldn't do it without you--hugs! Now on to this week's fab finds ~ I always enjoy finding seasonal decor at thrift stores...

TGITF Friends! Isn't it fun to find something you don't see everyday? For me, it's one of the best perks of thrifting! I came across this brass hand letter clip at a yard sale and was instantly smitten. Come check out the rest of this week's fab finds...
Happy Wednesday, Friends! Today's project was almost another 15 Minute Fix; that was my original intention. I had to take a little detour to get there, but fortunately the finished results were just as I envisioned...
Greetings Friends! It's that time of year when I refresh my outdoor space. When you can't find that specific something pictured in your mind, do you DIY? That happens to me a lot and today I'm sharing my latest endeavor, a whimsical stenciled pillow...

Happy Mother's Day, sweet Friends! Today I want to honor motherhood in all of its glory ~ whether your house is full of toddlers, 'tweens, and teens or the nest is empty. For single moms, stepmoms, moms-to-be and honorary moms, I celebrate you and the calling on your life...
TGITF Friends! True confession: this week's fab finds literally had me playing dolls--with their sweet faces and adorable wardrobes, I was completely smitten with these handmade cloth paper dolls! I know I say it all of the time, but one of the best things about thrifting is the thrill of the hunt. I never know what I'll find...

Hi there, Friends! Today is the first day of Children's Book Week, which was established in 1919 and is the longest-running national literacy initiative in the country. As a homeschool mom, I had the privilege of teaching all three of my children to read. I'm convinced that instilling a love for books and reading in our children is the best thing we can do to nurture a passion for learning. Kids of all ages adore Dr. Seuss and while he is known for his nonsensical rhymes, I admire the life lessons found within the pages of his books...
Greetings Friends! Spring is the busiest and my most productive time in the garden. While I often share updates to my vintage Etsy shop, I rarely mention my organic herb shop. I've just added some new handmade gifts from the garden and I'm excited to share them with you!
Believer, herb gardener, dishaholic, lover of dark chocolate, Southern girl, and thrift store junkie. I’m passionate about finding beauty in imperfection. Join me as I hunt vintage treasures and transform thrift store finds. Check out my home and garden projects to see how easy it is to create a beautiful home without spending a lot of money!
I adore decorating and gardening but as a single parent have always needed to do both on a budget. Thrifting-- my all inclusive verb for shopping resale shops, thrift stores, estate and yard sales is not just my hobby but rather a lifestyle. It supports my habit of collecting Vintage dishes and Pyrex and over the years has proven invaluable for decorating and re-decorating. I am passionate about transforming and repurposing cast away furniture and love furnishing my home with pieces that have their own history. It has saved me more pennies than I can count and is the perfect solution to almost any dilemma. Your child comes home from school and informs you that he must dress like his favorite super hero TOMORROW? Your daughter can only wear modest knee length skirts to respect the local culture on her upcoming mission trip? Volunteer to host the next ladies event but then realize you don't own enough matching glasses? The answer to these questions and so many more: THRIFTING! Last, but certainly not least--thrifting is all about re-cycling, re-imagining and re-creating; the best way to shop green!
