Hi there, Friends! Happy New Year's Eve! As we usher in a new year, I like to pause to reflect on the year that's passed. The 2017 favorites include an assortment of thrifty repurposed and upcycled projects, seasonal garden decor, and junkin' adventures. As is often the case, I was somewhat surprised by the two most popular posts of the year, and as always I'd love to hear your personal favorites...
Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Last week I shared that my thrifting adventures may be slightly limited during the next several weeks due to seasonal allergies. However, it just so happened that this week the day that the pollen count was lowest was also the day of the Finds' warehouse sale. Woo-hoo! Let's start with this fabulous mid century modern bowl set-- it seems fitting for the final Friday's Find of 2017...
Happy Wednesday, Friends! During this week between Christmas and New Year's celebrations, I'm still enjoying holiday goodies and every season I like to try something new. Come see how to whip up these scrumptious easy peasy eggnog cookies--with just three ingredients! I've also selected features from the Rustic & Romantic Creating Christmas party....
Merry Christmas Eve, dear Friends! I'd like to take the opportunity to wish you all a blessed Christmas and a new year that's filled with peace and joy! Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends. Can you believe Christmas is just a few days away? Like many of you, I've been busy baking and shipping gifts this week in anticipation of the holiday and I didn't make it to the thrift stores. However, I do have a few fairly recent finds that I haven't had a chance to share yet...

Happy Wednesday, Friends! With less than a week until Christmas, I'm squeezing in one last 15 Minute Fix for 2017--a simple last minute gift idea. I made mine for Ginger Grand, but depending on the mug and condiments you choose, this mini cocoa station could be adapted for any age...
Hi there, Friends! As promised earlier this week, today I'm sharing the holiday accents I've added to my bedroom. I've kept it simple and rather than buying anything new, I've shopped my home instead, to create a calm and cozy Christmas bedroom....

Happy Wednesday, Friends! Today I'm excited to be co-hosting the Creating Christmas link party! It's my third year to participate in the fun week long event hosted by Jann at Have a Daily Cup of Mrs. Olson. Each host of the day shares a different theme and then you can join in by sharing your related projects and decor, so be sure to check the daily links at the the end of my post. Yesterday, Carol from Art and Sand, delighted us with a Homemade Christmas. Today I'm layering naked greenery with vintage, handmade and repurposed thrift store finds to create a Rustic and Romantic Christmas....

Happy Wednesday Friends! Today I'm participating in the Cozy at Christmas Holiday Blog Tour. Whether you're new here, or a regular, I'd like to wish you a warm welcome! Over the years, I've used a variety of colors to decorate for Christmas, from traditional red and green to neutrals and metallics. This year, I've decided to embrace the nontraditional color palette in my living room for the holidays. My vintage holiday decor ranges from robin's egg to deep turquoise and blush to hot pink. Grab a cup of coffee, get comfy and let's get started!

No linens, no worries-- I'll how you how to create the same DIY garland and tree skirt with supplies from your local thrift store with absolutely no sewing required! Grab your trusty scissors and let's get started...
Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! I don't know about you, but this time of year is so busy, my visits to the thrift stores have been limited. Since I only have a couple of items to share, I thought it would be fun to show you how I styled my first find. These adorable vintage snowman plates from France inspired a whimsical holiday tablescape....
