Happy Monday, Friends! Today I'm sharing my favorite recipes for that leftover eggnog you may have in your fridge...

Last year, I used my leftover eggnog to make frosting for sugar cookies. Now, you probably know that I'm a certified chocoholic, so sugar cookies are not usually my first choice for holiday cookies. However, they were absolutely delicious with the addition of this simple frosting.

I had a recipe for Cinnamon Egg Nog French toast too, and made it with the last of the egg nog a few days after Christmas. DH loves that! But it is hard to have leftovers of egg nog, LOL!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness....you had me at EGGNOG! I absolutely LOVE the stuff. And French Toast is my very favorite breakfast. Now I can combine my two loves...I'm in hog heaven just thinking about it:) Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI loved your nurdle of whipped cream; I have found that I use only a touch of syrup and no butter when I used the w. cream--saves calories but not flavor. I love egg nog in my coffee, too. Cocoa. Oh, wait--I just love egg nog!
ReplyDeleteMy mom loved eggnog! I haven't had it in years, but these recipes are bringing back so many tasty memories.
