Happy Monday, Friends! If you find your house feels a little bare once the Christmas decorations are packed away, consider warming up rooms with winter wreaths featuring fragrant dried oranges. Today I'll show you how to do it in 15 minutes or less...
I featured this simple wreath in my Christmas home tour during the holidays. I hung one on each kitchen corner cabinet in October and they will likely stay until spring. I started with these small lamb's ear wreaths from Hobby Lobby. (They run 50% off sales a few times each month.)
You can see how to dry oranges, here. I use fishing line to attach my dried oranges to wreaths and garlands.
It easily threads through the oranges so you can tie them on the wreath before double-knotting them.
Here, you can see how dried oranges warm up a hoop wreath wrapped in jute and greenery. That's all there is to it!
HONORED TO BE FEATURED HERE:
So pretty. Fishing line is the best!
ReplyDeleteBoth wreaths are pretty. I'm partial to the jute one!
ReplyDeleteCecilia I love how these wreaths turned out, and am featuring you at tomorrow's FWF party!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I really like your header. The colors and pictures are so pretty.
