Vintage Charm Party #209

Welcome to Vintage Charm Party #209! Please note there will be no party next week as we will be celebrating Thanksgiving with our families. That means this week's party will be extended an extra week--link up through Sunday, December 1!

We invite you to share your vintage experiences--whether it’s your latest finds, crafts, or DIYs, we’d love to hear about it. Link up your furniture flips, roadside finds, repurposed projects, collections, home decor and more!

Let's see what your Vintage Charm hostesses have been up to this week!

We'd love to connect with you!

VINTAGE CHARM FEATURES OF THE WEEK:

Cecilia’s Pick

Linda from Crafts a la Mode shared a Cute and Yummy Snowman Cheeseball that's perfect for the holiday season. Isn't it adorable? Pay Linda a visit for the recipe--hint: that's not coconut!

Kathleen’s Pick

Our friend CoCo from The Crowned Goat has a wonderful sense of farmhouse style. That's evident in her Christmas preparations for this year -- she takes some fabric and some simple embroidery hoops and creates something that can serve many uses depending on your need: ornament, gift tag, door knob hanger, place card holder, etc. Now that's what I call a clever craft! Be sure to drop by Farmhouse Embroidery Hoop Gift Tag Ornaments to see the final products as well as how you can make some of your own.

Party Guidelines

  • Content: Submit up to three posts that involve vintage finds, crafts, DIYs, or other vintage subject matter. Please do not submit  Etsy or items for sale.
  • Link-back: Be sure to include the Vintage Charm button or a text link back to the party in your linked post. This is mandatory to be featured.
  • Visitation: Please visit other blog posts—after all, that’s what a link up is all about. When pinning, please go to the source of a photo to pin it to Pinterest, so the originator of the post gets the credit.
  • Hostess Love: Consider following each of your party hostesses blogs and/or one or more forms of social media. We love connecting with each of our guests and will be highlighting features on all of our social media.
  • Spread the Word: Consider mentioning Vintage Charm on your social media to help spread the word and make this party a great experience for everyone.
  • Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month’s featured posts to be Featured on all four hostesses blogs. At the end of the year, one of the twelve monthly features will be selected as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.
  • Permission: By linking up to Vintage Charm you assert that the photographs are yours (or you have permission to use them), and you give your hostesses permission to feature them on social media or a blog party, with a link back to your blog. You likewise assert that the content of your post is also yours.

  • Our trusted linky party provider, InLinkz, has chosen to upgrade their party format. "So what does this mean for me?" you might ask. It's basically the same as the old format, however, it may look a bit different in its page design. As always you will provide your link, the name of your link and your email address along with a photo. In that respect it's no different than what you've always done. The only other thing you'll need to do is check the box next to : "I agree to the InLinkz terms of service and privacy policy." That's it. if you have any questions or problems with this upgraded format please let either Kathleen or Cecilia know and they'll be happy to help!
