Happy Monday, Friends! It's time for another 15 minute fix! Today, I'm sharing a simple Halloween treat box that you can craft for your favorite trick-or-treater--in just 15 minutes...
You may remember these plain pillow boxes I scored at the thrift store last year. I used some of them to create Valentine's Day treat boxes. They turned out really cute and were so simple to make that I decided to make some for Halloween, too.
Ready to make your own? Here's what you'll need:
{Find supply links at the bottom of the post.}
- Pillow boxes
- Craft paint and sponge applicator
- Sharpie fine point marker
- Stencil (optional)
Start by painting the pillow box. You'll notice I left one natural too.
Once the paint dries, use a fine point Sharpie marker to create the jack o'lantern face. I happened to have a thrifted stencil on hand, but you could also draw the face if you prefer.
Last, use small twigs to create the pumpkin stems. I just found one outside and cut it in two pieces with garden shears. Use a hole punch on the lid flap to make a small hole for the stem and press it in firmly.

Fill with candy or a small gift for your favorite trick-or-treater!
This is also a fun Halloween project to craft with kids!
Just the sweetest! I love a quick and fabulous craft.
