Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark

Happy Monday, Friends! Today I'm sharing a delicious and nutritious treat that you can whip up for Easter dessert or an anytime snack. I've topped mine with pistachios and dried cranberries, but you may prefer strawberries and blueberries or even chocolate chips. Aside from the toppings, you only need two ingredients.

That's right--all you need is 12 oz of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of agave nectar or maple syrup, plus the toppings of your choice. Ready to make your own?

Start by lining a baking sheet with waxed paper. Next, blend the yogurt and syrup together and spread the mixture on the prepared pan. Then, sprinkle with desired toppings and freeze for at least four hours. Last, before serving, break into pieces. TIP: Although the bark can be eaten with your hands, think of it like any frozen treat--it will get messier as it melts. You can store it in a wax-paper-lined air tight container in the freezer.

  1. Pistachios are one of my favorite nuts so imagine I would like this recipe very much! My husband loves dried cranberries so I think we need to give this one a try. Thank you for sharing!
