You've probably seen this area of my kitchen where I highlight my vintage jadeite collection. While the wall display is a constant,  I change up seasonal decor like these repurposed botanical spritzer cans that were just too pretty to throw away!

  4. Cecilia, my favorite collection are my glass floral frogs. I have them on the window sill of the craft room and they shine when the sun is on them. Just beautiful. Teri

  5. Thoroughly enjoy your blog, and love the Jadeite collection. I have a "collection" of thrifted silver plate pieces that are fun to use in vignettes or just for display. I keep changing my mind about polished vs. patina.

  6. I just love this area of your kitchen so much!
My favorite repurpose at my own house is an old wine rack. It hangs on the wall & the top two hold my rolling pins. I found the perfect long narrow basket to fit on the bottom space & it holds spices.

  7. I have a subscription to Country Sampler and I was so pleased to see your article! Several other bloggers I follow, too were in that issue. I always love seeing your Jadeite. I have a new cake plate and 2 old mixing bowls--3 pieces, so that is a "collection," right?

  9. Well deserved feature, my friend. I adore your cans! My latest collection obsession is brass candlesticks. I find them at yard sales and thrift stores...or occasionally I makeover an old wooden one to make it look like brass. I like those the best!

  10. Congratulations on your most recent feature Cecilia. Gosh, I do not think I can pick just one collection. I love the small collection of birds I have, my milk glass hobnail collection is probably my most cherished though. I seem to collect a lot of things... does that qualify as a problem too?
