Botanical Spritzer Can Upcycle: Fridays at Home

Hi there, Friends! Whether it's a vintage Shiny Brite box or a retro seed packet, I know I'm not the only one who is smitten with pretty packaging. Am I right?! After seeing these refreshing spritzers advertised, I wanted to try the botanical flavors. Imagine my delight when I saw the gorgeous cans...

Honestly, these cans are so lovely, they could just be washed out and reused, but I decided to go one step further and paint over most of the advertising. It didn't take long and I really love how the designs pop! Here's how I did it:

First: Make sure the cans are clean and dry. Next: Use a makeup sponge and white craft paint to gradually cover desired text and markings. Dab it on in thin coats. (I used two coats of paint.) Last: Once the paint is dry, fill with herbs or blooms. That's it!
