Hi Friends--so glad you stopped by for another thrifty Friday! Today's fabulous find is this gorgeous Vintage bag. I particularly love the detail; the needlepoint and beading, the intricately designed clasp...swoon! Can you believe this was also from a yard sale? I rescued it and found the perfect place to display it.
This narrow wall is next to my front door near my dining room and ever since I repainted I have been searching for that special something that just fits. You may remember this other beaded bag from a previous post. Did you notice the sterling spoon and glass Vintage door knob I repurposed for hanging these lovelies? I picked up that door knob from a thrift store ages ago. Such a pretty bauble, it has just been sitting in my kitchen forever but I knew eventually I would find its home.
Vintage finds create one of a kind vignettes and add instant charm. A little whimsy makes my heart happy, especially when the entire collection cost about $8! Oh how I love thrifting!
What's your latest thrifted treasure? Until next time, happy hunting!
Your beautiful purses look so pretty on display and the glass knob is just perfect.
