Support Small Business Saturday for the Holidays: Shop Local Handmade and Vintage

Happy Wednesday, Friends! Did you know Small Business Saturday is coming up this weekend? As the small business owner of two Etsy shops, I try to support other small businesses and also to shop locally during the holidays. Last weekend I shopped two local holiday sales: Vintage Market Days and an annual church sale. I enjoyed both so much that I wanted to share them with you....

Heavenly Hankies: Friday's Find #203

Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Recently, I attended an estate sale with the largest selection of vintage hankies I have ever seen at one sale. To say I had to restrain myself, is an understatement! I absolutely adore them and not only use them as decor in my home but also sell them in my Etsy shop. Today I'm sharing the ones I chose. First, I love the pretty parasol and flower cart design on this lavender floral.  Available

Friday's Find #192

TGITF Friends! It was love at first sight when my eyes landed on this adorable bunny teapot at one of the thrift stores I shop weekly. We've been having such gorgeous weather, I took some of my photos outside this week, but looks right at home with the vintage jadeite spring tablescape I shared several weeks ago.

Friday's Find #181

Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! State souvenir plates have been a good seller in my vintage Etsy shop.  In fact, after selling several over the holidays, I'd made a mental note to myself in hopes of restocking my inventory.  Would you believe I came across a nice little collection?
