Happy Monday, Friends! It's that time of year when we deck our halls and today I'm sharing the evergreen skirt and romantic lace makeover I've given Juliet for the holidays! Come see how I shopped my home to style my vintage dress form for the season

Over the years, my dress form Juliet has been styled as a Nutcracker ballerina, adorned in a blooming dress, and even played the Queen of Hearts for Valentine's Day. For this holiday season, I dressed her up in a skirt of evergreen and a vintage lace bodice, accessorized with a cameo necklace and velvet bow. Here's a quick before and after.

I created the skirt by adding long narrow greenery stems toward the bottom of the form and short fuller stems near the top. Would you be surprised to know that I attached all the stems as well as the lace and velvet bow with...zip ties?! I find them so handy during the holidays--they are inexpensive, secure almost anything, and easily snipped when you are ready to remove them. Last but not least, I added tiny LED battery lights to give her skirt extra sparkle.

So how do you like Juliet's romantic Christmas look?
