Happy Monday, Friends! I've been "decking my halls," and today I'm sharing a mini tour of my home decorated for Christmas. There are lots of photos, so feel free to pin away and I've included links to previous projects, too. Grab a cup of tea or a latte and enjoy...
This Christmas season, I'm really embracing the simple elegance of pastels, velvet ribbon, and nearly naked trees. Instead of putting up a large tree, I opted for three snowy miniatures--each in a different container. It's also my first year to style my upcycled buffet that started as an ugly duckling dresser, and I'm loving it!
My trees may be nearly naked this year, but I still have lots...
...of vintage ornaments to display!
I placed my third nearly naked tree in a basket I scored at a summer clearance sale. I fell in love with this sign from Homegoods.
Here's a view of the dining room. When I moved in the long buffet, I angled the dining table to complement the space.
Here's a closer look at my Christmas mantel.
I hope you enjoyed visiting my home for the holidays! Merry Christmas!
Cecilia, everything looks so pretty! I love the colors in your home and the shabby chic look you have. :)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
Looks beautiful! Love the bottle brush trees.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Cecilia! I love the look of the nearly naked trees and the baubles in bowls. The ugly duckling buffet and mantel have beautiful displays, but my favorite is the third nearly naked tree in the basket with your garland and the sign beside it!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. The bottle brush trees are a delight. Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas. Wishing you and yours a Happy and Healthy 2020.

I love your pastels! Being awful, I immediately thot I would decorate one of your trees with the bowl of bulbs; then I realized you didn't have ornament hangers on them...and I can't reach from here anyway!Just volunteered to go shopping for the tail end of our church's Giving Tree. My idea of a good time; shopping with someone else's money (I already did what I could)!
ReplyDeleteJust wondered where you found the miniature trees. They are so pretty and I loved that they are not decorated. I have many of the bottle trees and love the way you used them in this post. Your site is my very favorite and I always love your decorations.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful!
