Happy Monday, Friends! Charcuterie boards are so popular right now--every holiday I see at least a few on Instagram! I have noticed that they are almost always HUGE but today I'm sharing tips for creating a smaller version to serve a few people...
I have had this thrifted Christmas tree tray for ages but I haven't really found the perfect use for it--until now! If you're hosting a larger group, you can always mimic the ingredients and pattern I used on a larger board.
I'm sharing close-ups but keep in mind the tray is slightly longer than a dinner plate but not as wide. I really wanted to use my favorite rosemary caprese appetizers, so I started at the bottom. At the very bottom, I layered folded salami, feta-stuffed olives, and the caprese apps.
Working my way up, I filled in with seedless grapes, pesto cheese cubes, raspberries, pistachios, and green M & Ms at the very top. Doesn't it look festive?
