Happy Monday, Friends! In a perfect world, I would fill my home with fresh greenery and florals year round, but in our imperfect world that's not always an option. Maybe you're like me and love to bring the outdoors inside as much as possible, occasionally supplementing with grocery store botanicals. However, that too has become a challenge during the pandemic, so today I'm going to show you how I'm combining faux garlands, fresh garden rosemary, mini pumpkins, and homemade dried oranges in my holiday decor...

In the small rural town where I live, options were limited before the pandemic and even more so now. The few times I have purchased bouquets or greenery during the pandemic, I have been disappointed by how quickly they've died. However, I found this pretty faux eucalyptus garland at Hobby Lobby 50% off and used it as the base for the centerpiece I plan to use from now through the new year...

It mixes quite nicely with the oranges I dried last week, fresh rosemary from my garden, and mini pumpkins I brought home from Youngest Daughter's Colorado garden.

Of course, candlelight makes everything more festive, so I added sparkly blush and mercury glass candle votives.

At this writing, I'm drying another batch of oranges because they make the house smell ahh-mazing--especially combined with the rosemary. After Thanksgiving, I'll replace the pumpkins with mercury glass ornaments. Stay tuned--next week, you'll see more of my Christmas decor when I'll be joining the Bloggers' Best Holiday Home Tour hosted by Mansa at This is Simplicite.

So pretty! I like to mix it up, too. My daughter and I will be drying oranges over the holiday! xo Kathleen
