Hi there, Friends! Have you noticed that many people seem to be spending more time in the kitchen during the pandemic? Whether you're partial to baking, simple recipes, or gourmet dishes, there is just something comforting about preparing food. Today I'm sharing a recipe for delicious chocolate chip banana bread...
If you combine the wet ingredients first, you can mix the entire recipe in one large bowl. Here's the recipe, and there's a pinnable version at the end of the post too!
Baking tips: To prevent sticking and for easy clean-up, line the loaf pan with parchment paper. Fill the loaf pan slightly over half full.* If the pan is too full, it may not bake thoroughly in the center. If your loaf is brown on top but not all the way done, place a piece of foil on the top oven rack and move your loaf to the bottom rack. (*If you have extra batter, use it to make a few muffins or a mini loaf.)
Next Monday, I'll be hosting a mini blog hop, featuring 10 bloggers--hope you'll plan to join us!
Yum.
