Happy Monday, Friends! If you're a devout chocoholic like me, you'll understand that I haven't let a little thing like record-breaking summer heat prevent me from indulging in homemade treats. Today I'm sharing another no-bake recipe that you can whip up in minutes and you only need two ingredients
Here's what you'll need:
3 tablespoons Nutella
8 oz cream or Neufchâtel cheese
Optional: dark chocolate curls for topping
Step 1: Mix the softened cream or Neufchâtel cheese and Nutella in a food processor. Step 2: Spoon mixture into a silicone cupcake pan and freeze until 5 minutes before serving. Optional: Top with chocolate curls--see my tip below. (Recipe makes 6 mini cheesecakes.)

TIP: There are gadgets available for shaving chocolate curls, but did you know you can achieve the same results with a potato peeler and a bar of dark chocolate?
Please note that I will be spending time with family on Wednesday, so please link up with Kathleen at Our Hopeful Home for this week's Vintage Charm party!
