Welcome to Vintage Charm Party #357 and the September Feature of the Month!

My Thrift Store Addiction Vintage Charm party

We invite you to share your vintage experiences--whether it’s your latest finds, crafts, or DIYs, we’d love to hear about it. Link up your furniture flips, roadside finds, repurposed projects, collections, home decor and more!

Drum roll please... for the September Feature of the Month:
Congratulations Linda @ Paper Seedlings

Our friend, Linda, from Paper Seedlings, is a very experienced and talented paper crafter. This week her project really made me smile -- not only is she talented at making greeting cards, she really has an eye for Dollar Tree crafting supply potential. Check out Wooden Leaves and Tenth Blogiversary to see how she fabulously transformed some plain wooden leaves from Dollar Tree into some really cute fall decor. And be sure to congratulate her on those 10 years!

Vintage Charm Features of the Week:

Cecilia’s Pick

Lora at Lora B Create & Ponder shared her charming vintage farmhouse fall porch that you do not want to miss! Our friend has a knack for styling her collected lovelies in the most creative ways, so grab a cup of coffee (or tea) and plan to stay awhile!

Kathleen’s Pick

I'm all for a good Pottery Barn hack, and Meredith from Artsy Classy has shared a great one for the upcoming Halloween season. She uses spackle to create a truly Pottery Barn-worthy "terra cotta" pumpkin. Wink, wink. Drop by Terra Cotta Pottery Barn Pumpkin DIY Dupe Tutorial  to see how she did it.

Party Guidelines

  • Content: Submit up to three posts that involve vintage finds, crafts, DIYs, or other vintage subject matter. Please do not submit  Etsy or items for sale.
  • TO BE FEATURED: LINK UP YOUR ORIGINAL CONTENT WITH ONE OF THE HOSTESSES. INSPIRATION POSTS FEATURING OTHERS' IMAGES WILL NOT BE FEATURED.
  • Visitation: Please visit other blog posts—after all, that’s what a link up is all about. When pinning, please go to the source of a photo to pin it to Pinterest, so the originator of the post gets the credit.
  • Hostess Love: Consider following each of your party hostesses blogs and/or one or more forms of social media. We love connecting with each of our guests and will be highlighting features on all of our social media.
  • Spread the Word: Consider mentioning Vintage Charm on your social media to help spread the word and make this party a great experience for everyone.
  • Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month’s featured posts to be Featured on all four hostesses blogs. At the end of the year, one of the twelve monthly features will be selected as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.
  • Permission: By linking up to Vintage Charm you assert that the photographs are yours (or you have permission to use them), and you give your hostesses permission to feature them on social media or a blog party, with a link back to your blog. You likewise assert that the content of your post is also yours.
