Drum roll please... for the June Feature of the Month: Congratulations to Sandra @ Dinner at Eight!

Our friend Sandra from Dinner at Eight really knows how to throw a dinner party. In honor of her daughter's graduation from the University of North Georgia, she hired Master Chef Lindsay Haigh to make the dinner both delicious and memorable. Between the custom menu and the custom tablescape she created a special night, indeed. Be sure to stop by The Graduation Party to get all the fun details.

Vintage Charm Features of the Week:

Cecilia’s Pick

I'm loving this rustic Mini Hosta Tool Box Planter shared by Vanessa at Gardening in the Shade. I'm a fan of tool box planters and have even planted a few myself, but what sets Vanessa's apart is her clever addition of address numbers in the lid! I also like her combination of silvery-green plants that look cool even when the temperatures are hot! Visit Vanessa for her simple tutorial!

Kathleen’s Pick

Our friend Tiffany over at Tee Diddly Dee sure knows how to create spot-on vignettes for each holiday. For Fourth of July she put her DIY picket fence crate to work and created a beautiful patriotic vignette. She fills it with flowers, pinwheels, wooden stars and a Bethany Lowe paper mache figurine. Drop by DIY Betsy's Sweet Land of Liberty  to catch the vignette as well as the instructions on how to make one of your own.

Party Guidelines

  • Content: Submit up to three posts that involve vintage finds, crafts, DIYs, or other vintage subject matter. Please do not submit  Etsy or items for sale.
  • Link-back: Be sure to include the Vintage Charm button or a text link back to the party in your linked post. This is mandatory to be featured.
  • Visitation: Please visit other blog posts—after all, that’s what a link up is all about. When pinning, please go to the source of a photo to pin it to Pinterest, so the originator of the post gets the credit.
  • Hostess Love: Consider following each of your party hostesses blogs and/or one or more forms of social media. We love connecting with each of our guests and will be highlighting features on all of our social media.
  • Spread the Word: Consider mentioning Vintage Charm on your social media to help spread the word and make this party a great experience for everyone.
  • Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month’s featured posts to be Featured on all four hostesses blogs. At the end of the year, one of the twelve monthly features will be selected as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.
  • Permission: By linking up to Vintage Charm you assert that the photographs are yours (or you have permission to use them), and you give your hostesses permission to feature them on social media or a blog party, with a link back to your blog. You likewise assert that the content of your post is also yours.
