Hello sweet Friends! I made this nest of herbs basket as a gift for my Mom's birthday. Though my sign reads Herb-y Birthday, it could easily be adapted as a May Day or Mother's Day gift basket. This month's Urban Jungle Blogger feature is Give a Friend a Plant. Do you have a green loving friend who would appreciate a little love?
I chose this thrifted basket because it reminded me of a nest--it was just sitting on my shelf in need of a little inspiration. When my Mom mentioned that she would enjoy some herbs for her birthday, I knew it would be perfect. I arranged a few terracotta pots and filled in the bare spots with moss. To make the sign...
I added a magnet to this mini chalkboard sign and attached it to this clearance plant marker.
Last but not least, I added herbs! Share the love ;)
