Savory Organic Pumpkin Hummus!

Greetings Friends! Are you having a relaxing weekend? It seems the fall weather has everyone craving various pumpkin spice concoctions and I'm no different. Today I am sharing my organic pumpkin hummus.  It's simple, savory and guilt free...

Organic pumpkin hummus

Awhile back, I needed something quick to bring for my Bible study potluck.  I had a can of organic pumpkin but wasn't in the mood to bake.  When I saw that I also had organic chickpeas on hand, I decided to make hummus.  It has since become one of my favorite fall recipes!  Just blend the following in a food processor until creamy:

1/3 cup organic pumpkin
1 can organic chickpeas
Favorite olive oil to desired consistency-- I use about 2T of orange infused oil.

Easy-peasy and it's perfect with fresh veggies, pita chips and even green apples--enjoy!
