TGITF Friends! Do you frequent craft shows this time of year? Today's feature is this Vintage vanity mirror I scored from a recent show...
A local church in my community has an annual fundraiser that I don't miss. From baked goods to repurposed crafts and Vintage treasures, the ladies who participate are talented DIYers and the prices are much less than the typical craft show. I had picked up several goodies--including some delicious fudge--and was making my second trip around when I spied this double hinged arched vanity mirror. I loved its rustic patina plus it was a bargain. I wasn't quite sure where this beauty would go but I knew it I was not going to let it get away!
I really wanted to allow its gorgeous arch to shine and tried a few places before deciding to add it to one of my favorite makeovers, a dresser turned sideboard on the wall between my dining and living room.
I was admiring it when Carly arrived to pick me up to go back to the sale--round two for me but she had never been before. There may have been more fudge involved...
Until next time, happy hunting!
I can taste that fudge now!! I love love the mirror and the cute cute decorations
ReplyDeleteLove the mirror Cecilia--and the all the decorations--the sign, the banner, the wreath--perfect. And just in time for the holidays, too :)
ReplyDeleteLove that mirror and it looks great with your sideboard. That sale was on my "to-go" list, but was not able to make it. I know you and Carly had a lot of fun.

ReplyDeleteThat mirror is a beauty! I see why you couldn't leave it behind. I love the way you have styled it for Thanksgiving as well. Have a blessed day!
ReplyDeleteOf course you can't go back and not buy fudge. lol! I can only eat it if it chock full of nuts. Weird, I know! The mirror is gorgeous and you've staged it beautifully! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
