Greetings Friends! We had a storm last night and my internet is down so I am posting this morning from Starbucks. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon but if you don't hear from me, you'll know why! Are you ready for Thanksgiving? I am really looking forward to spending some time with my daughters and Ginger Grand. He loves to help and I wanted to include a healthy kid friendly option for us to make together….
I mixed fruit and veggies and purposely kept the arrangement simple for little fingers. I started by cutting a small squash in half for the head. Then I arranged spinach leaves around the edge of the plate for the "tail." I continued filling in the tail with baby carrots and then green apple slices.
Last, I added sliced grapes as eyes and a carrot triangle beak. I kept mine small and simple, but you can choose your own mix of preferred fruit and veggies and go big if you like!
I can’t wait to make one with GG! I am thankful for you and I hope your Thanksgiving is filled with love and laughter!

I needed a tidbit tray for my aunt's dinner for guests to snack on and stay out of her kitchen. This is perfect. Thanks for sharing at Make It Monday.
