Refreshing Hibiscus Tea Rosé Wine Cooler

Hi there, Friends! There's nothing like a cool beverage on a hot summer evening! I drink a lot of infused and sparkling water and iced herbal teas, but I like to play around with blends a bit. Recently, I mixed three ingredients I had in my fridge to concoct a refreshing wine cooler that you can mix up in minutes...

Here's what you'll need:

Chilled hibiscus tea
Rosé wine
Sparkling water
Optional rosemary sprig garnish*ice

I haven't provided measured amounts because I poured mine over ice like the image below. Start: with the wine in the bottom third of the glass, add the chilled hibiscus tea, and top off with sparkling water. (I used grapefruit, but plain or any unsweetened flavor will work.) Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Voila! That's all there is to it!

  2. Oh my goodness, this looks so delicious! What a perfect Summertime drink. I bet it would be yummy with Cranberry juice during the holidays. Have a great week!

  3. That sounds delish. I don't drink much, but something very light like that is a perfect way to end a day of hard work. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Sounds so refreshingl I like fruit flavored teas--hot or cold. This summer I have been making iced tea with my chocolate mint leaves!
