Christmas Clearance: Friday's Find #349

Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! I made my monthly early morning run to Walmart and Hobby Lobby, and for the first fabulous find of the new year, I scored Christmas clearance ranging from 50-80% off...

Christmas clearance

At Walmart, Christmas clearance was 50% off, and I picked up these grain sack stripe placemats.

I actually didn't see these during the holidays, but they are the perfect type for making pillows.

Now I did have my eye on this pretty Pioneer Woman tree container. There was one left--score!

Christmas clearance

At Hobby Lobby, Christmas clearance was 80% off, and most of the things I bought can be used through the winter like these lovely snowflake napkins.

These gold trimmed jewel toned plates can be used year round. I love the colors--too bad they didn't have another one in teal.

These plain storage boxes are another Christmas markdown that can be used year round for storage or crafting.

I plan to display this sign during the winter months too.

Christmas clearance

Our family loves Starwars and puns, so I picked up this fun mug to tuck away for Ginger Grand for next year. Aren't the measuring spoons cute?

Last but not least, I have a project in mind for these wintry trees and adorable birds that I'll be sharing next week!

Until next time, stay safe and healthy!

  1. Everything you got looks adorable, and I LOVE things like after-Christmas clearance! The Star Wars mug is fun, and I'm going to look for one when I go shopping this weekend at Hobby Lobby. Here in Central Illinois we've been dealing with an enormous amount of ice and bad weather, so I haven't been able to go out and do any Christmas clearance shopping, something that I always enjoy. I love your blog/website, and always appreciate you posting all the beautiful content! Susan

  2. You got some great treasures. I esp. like the towels. I got 1 Pioneer Woman container--a cowboy boot; my daughter and grand are horse people! I think one of my faves for myself is a mask that reads "Christmas shopping is my cardio." As I C. shop all year long (and the reverse is white), I'm good! I have stocked up on pump soaps and pumps, candles, paper napkins, vinyl clings, shirt boxes (some with pix to frame), Santa and snowman items for my Christmas theme baskets. Christmas Tree Shop was 50-60% off yesterday. Got some 12.99 3 packs of fuzzy socks at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $2 (children, grands, and baskets)! And 5 nice red/maroon bath towels for my daughter for 2.49! Lowe's was a washout--waited too long! Our HL was pretty picked over when it was 66% and I haven't been back--yet!
