Welcome to Vintage Charm Party #222 and the February Feature of the Month!

My Thrift Store Addiction Vintage Charm party

We invite you to share your vintage experiences--whether it’s your latest finds, crafts, or DIYs, we’d love to hear about it. Link up your furniture flips, roadside finds, repurposed projects, collections, home decor and more!

Drum roll please... for the February Feature of the Month:
Congratulations to Ann @ Dabbling and Decorating!

Our friend, Ann, from Dabbling and Decorating, designs a pretty awesome vintage Valentine's vignette. What makes it even more special is that the focal point actually belonged to her Mom! Add a special twist to the vignette involving her Dad and she really hits it out of the ball park. Visit Valentine's Day Centerpiece  to learn about the vignette's back story and get inspired. I know I was!

Let's see what our hostesses have been up to this week!

We'd love to connect with you!

We hope you'll follow our Vintage Charm Party Features and Favorites board, and check it every week. We don't just pin features, but many other posts we love as well. We want to build your traffic and popularity any way we can.

Vintage Charm Features of the Week:

Cecilia’s Pick

Our friend, Debbie, from A Debbie-Dabble Blog, hosted a Valentine get-together with friends. She pulled out a variety of red transferware patterns from her China cabinet in the den to create a lovely Winter Transferware Tablescape. Debbie has such a pretty collection, I couldn't resist sharing more than one view. Of course, she knows that true "dishaholics"--myself included--love to see the China backstamp! Visit Debbie to enjoy more of her lovely tablescape!

Kathleen’s Pick

Our friend, Nita, from Mod Vintage Life, knows what it's like to kvetch over a home improvement project (as do I). She's dreamed of redoing her kitchen for some time, but budget constraints have limited her -- as most of us are limited. Despite this, her dream will be turning into reality soon. Drop by Pretty Things in the Kitchen to find out just what those dreams are, and how she's going to accomplish them.

Party Guidelines

  • Content: Submit up to three posts that involve vintage finds, crafts, DIYs, or other vintage subject matter. Please do not submit  Etsy or items for sale.
  • Link-back: Be sure to include the Vintage Charm button or a text link back to the party in your linked post. This is mandatory to be featured.
  • Visitation: Please visit other blog posts—after all, that’s what a link up is all about. When pinning, please go to the source of a photo to pin it to Pinterest, so the originator of the post gets the credit.
  • Hostess Love: Consider following each of your party hostesses blogs and/or one or more forms of social media. We love connecting with each of our guests and will be highlighting features on all of our social media.
  • Spread the Word: Consider mentioning Vintage Charm on your social media to help spread the word and make this party a great experience for everyone.
  • Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month’s featured posts to be Featured on all four hostesses blogs. At the end of the year, one of the twelve monthly features will be selected as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.
  • Permission: By linking up to Vintage Charm you assert that the photographs are yours (or you have permission to use them), and you give your hostesses permission to feature them on social media or a blog party, with a link back to your blog. You likewise assert that the content of your post is also yours.

    2. Cecelia!!
What an honor to be featured today on the 222nd party!! In the same exact post you featured, I told the story of what I just found out is an Angel Number , 222!!! It was the address number of the house I grew up in and after my Dad passed away and my mom sold the house that he built, I have seen that number all over the place.... It supposedly means that a Guardian Angel, who I believe is my Dad, is watching over me and guiding me! And even though you featured that post for another reason, the dishes, I still find it interesting that you featured it for the 222nd Party!! I gave you a Shout Out on face book and will also do so in my next post!! Thanks again and thanks so much for hosting each week!!
      Hugs,
      Deb
