Hobnail and French Milk Glass: Friday's Find #331

Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! How are you dealing with coronavirus in your area? This weekend, I would have been traveling to Colorado to spend spring break with my girls and Ginger Grand. I know it was the best decision to reschedule, but I'm feeling a little blue and missing them! In the last several weeks--after allergy season and before things escalated--I went to a few thrift stores. For the next couple of weeks I'll be sharing finds from those jaunts with you. At this time, I'm working from home, starting some gardening, and going on daily walks to get some sunlight and fresh air...

I love milk glass, and I don't come across hobnail near as often as I used to, so I was thrilled to find this large pitcher for $3! The pretty blue floral cup is Arcopal French milk glass.  AVAILABLE HERE!

Last but not least, as much as I adore vintage, it's always a pleasant surprise to find brand new treasures still wearing the tag, like this large outdoor pillow that is in perfect condition!

  1. Love this week's finds. Especially the milk glass; the flowers are so cheerful! I have a bunch of the Arcopal dinner plates and soup bowls with the forget me nots from GW and use them daily. Love working milk glass into my daily routine; vase of silk flowers on my overcrowded kitchen table. Alternating "shoulds" and "wannas" here--housework, crafts, and reading. Sheltering in place; the new Hobby Lobby in the next town will just have to wait for me!!!
