Beautiful Vintage Blues: Friday's Find #237

Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Just in case you haven't been here before, my name is Cecilia and I'm a dishaholic! It's true, but honestly who could pass on these gorgeous Spode plates? I know my kindred dish addicts out there will understand! If dishware doesn't tempt you, rest assured. Not all of this week's fabulous finds are plates but they are all beautiful vintage blues...

Spode Sunflower Blue Room Collection plates

I couldn't believe when I scored this set of four plates in perfect condition for less than $5--in a pattern I haven't seen before!

Spode Sunflower Blue Room Collection

Part of the Spode Blue Room Collection, they are reproductions from the Sunflower pattern first introduced in 1813. SInce I wasn't familiar with the pattern, I was surprised to see find they are slightly rare and are fetching higher prices than other Spode dishes I've found. Sticking to my sell more and keep less mantra, I'm listing these and the set is AVAILABLE HERE!

There's something about toile that captures the essence of French farmhouse style. This week I found two blue toile beauties. First this lovely bolster pillow...  AVAILABLE HERE!

...and also this charming valance. Both are in excellent condition and appear to be handmade. AVAILABLE HERE!

This 1982 Hans Brinker collectible Delft plate named The Race, was created to commemorate 200 years of peaceful  diplomatic relations between the United States and the Netherlands. It's signed and numbered on the back. Isn't it stunning? AVAILABLE HERE!

My last vintage blue is this handmade mosaic box featuring a weathered white exterior and natural wood interior. It would be sweet as a prayer box, memory keepsake or even for jewelry. AVAILABLE HERE!
