Happy Wednesday Friends! Do you need a quick recipe for last minute guests or New Year's festivities? Today I'm sharing a simple no-bake dessert that is so yummy I made it for both Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Not only is this recipe decadently delicious, it's super easy to prepare! Here's what you'll need:
2 cans dulce la lechera caramel
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12 graham mini pie crusts (2 packages)
rock or sea salt--I use Himalayan pink salt
Whip cream for garnish, optional
Start by mixing the condensed milk and caramel. Microwave just enough to warm the thick caramel; about one minute.
Stir until creamy and add 1 teaspoon rock or sea salt.
Pour into graham crusts and chill in fridge. Those little bubbles are where I sprinkled a tiny bit more salt on top.
Remove from fridge 15-20 minutes before serving. Garnish with whip cream if desired...
...and enjoy!
