Upcycled Clearance Welcome Sign

Happy Monday, Friends! How's the weather in your neck of the woods? Spring has arrived in Texas and my roses are blooming here in Texas, which makes me h-a-p-p-y! Today I'm sharing this sweet upcycled clearance welcome sign...

This clearance welcome sign was pretty cute to begin with, but I wanted to give it a more cohesive look before hanging it in my garden.

I gave the letters two coats of green paint in the same shade that I used on my recent EAT kitchen sign upcycle

I found the perfect place to hang it just inside my garden gate!

  1. I love how the green toned with the rose leaves. My rugosa that grows outside my front door is very similar to yours--but in Maine, it is just brown sticks! Do have some green shoots--tulips or daffs breaking ground though. Love how that green tones well with your Jadeite, too! I would Velcro another seasonal ornament or a silk flower over your bunny to make it year round decor!
