Happy Thursday, Friends! It's time for this month's Creative Craft blog hop hosted by Sara from Birdz of a Feather. Are you as ready for spring as I am? Today I'm sharing a lovely DIY spring floral arrangement that you can craft in two easy steps...
If you hopped over after visiting Gail at Purple Hues and Me, welcome! Before we get started, I want to tell you about the tulips I selected. I adore fresh flowers and when it's too early for garden blooms, I usually pick up a few bouquets from local grocery stores. (We have a total of three in my small rural town.) Unfortunately, the selection has been slim pickings and I refuse to buy sad, droopy flowers! That being said, I am absolutely smitten with these faux tulips and ordered bouquets in a few colors. Now, ready to make your own egg-cellent floral arrangement?
Here's what you'll need:
Faux eggs (Tip: I buy faux eggs of various colors at thrift stores year round and paint them myself.)
Faux florals of your choice (Tip: Find the tulips I used here!)
Step 1: Place eggs at the bottom of the vase and continue to layer them until the vase is about half full.
This post contains pink affiliate links for suggested supplies. See full disclosure here.
Step 2: Arrange the tulips among the layered eggs and top with eggs until the vase is full. Voila--that's all there is to it!
Here's a sneak peek of the complete arrangement as I'll be featuring it in my spring tablescape next week!
I'm so glad you stopped by today, next up is Terrie from Decorate and More with Tip.
