I told you it was simple! Here are a few additional tips: Cut: Make sure the cream cheese is fresh out of the fridge so it will be firm for using the cookie cutter. Also, if you cut it directly on the serving plate, you won't risk breaking the shape by moving it. Drizzle: I've included a link to the sauce I use. Garnish: Add your favorite crackers or veggies to the plate and garnish with rosemary. Serving tip: Use an assortment of cookie-cut cream cheese to create a larger serving party platter or make individual servings for each place setting at a dinner party.
