Prime Day Purchases: Friday's Find #380

Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Did you shop Amazon's Prime Day sale? Next to Black Friday sales--and of course, thrift stores--it's my biggest shopping splurge of the year because of the bargains that can be scored. Today I'm sharing my purchases...

I've been very pleased with the pillow covers I've found on Amazon, but I have noticed that the best seasonal designs often sell out quickly. This year I remembered to look for bargains on pretty covers for autumn. I searched for "watercolor fall pillows" and found these beauties. (I noticed the price on the first pillow cover below has not gone up since I purchased it.)

I adore cozy bedding and I'm always on the lookout for good prices on quality sheets. I've been wanting to try bamboo sheets which I've heard are very soft and also have a cooling effect. Since I'm partial to cotton, I also bought a white 800 thread count fitted sheet. While the linked prices are higher than the sale bargains, I have noticed these sets are occasionally featured as lightning deals.

Several years ago, I swapped the standard doorknobs on my kitchen pantry and laundry room doors for vintage knobs. I have been wanting to update the rest of the builder's grade doorknobs in my home for ages. While I occasionally come across vintage knobs, it is much harder to find the necessary hardware. I started pricing Amazon's vintage-inspired glass knobs a few weeks before Prime Day. I scrolled through pages of knobs both days of the sale to find the best prices for the 12 knobs I needed and settled on these which also complement the rubbed bronze entry/exterior knobs I updated several years ago. Although I was slightly skeptical to order them sight unseen, I knew I could return them if needed. I'm pleased to say the knobs are gorgeous even if they were quite a chore to switch out!
