Happy Monday Friends! If you've followed my blog during previous fall seasons, you probably know that I favor whimsical Halloween decor over scary. Today I'm sharing an assortment of vintage and repurposed projects and vignettes to make you smile...
This vintage typewriter is on the mantel in my dining room--hence the whimsical message! It's actually a sneak preview for Friday, when I'll be joining the Halloween Tablescape hop hosted by Chloe at Celebrate and Decorate. This will be my first time to share a Halloween tablescape, and I think you'll enjoy my theme. Now onto the projects and vignettes! Some are new and some are older favorites. Instead of buying a new wreath, add seasonal accents to one you already have!
I've enjoyed changing up my vintage sheet music wreath for different seasons. {See it styled for the holidays, here!}
Repurpose a Plastic Halloween Pumpkin to create a Vintage Milk Can Scarecrow. See the Country Sampler video, on Facebook!
Shop your home to style a whimsical Halloween greeting by framing seasonal decor!
Fun ideas!!!
ReplyDeleteLoved all of your decor but especially the skellies. I love buying these as they are just about dollhouse size. My H dh has a wardrobe with a small skelly in the cupboard part! My daughter is the all-out H lover; she has an annual pumpkin carving party; I try to come up with something awful for the refreshments table; kitty litter cake, witches fingers, etc.
ReplyDeleteBone Appetit! Hysterical! I love all your pretty fall projects, Cecilia! You are very talented.
ReplyDeleteLove them all but the scarecrow is my fave! xo Kathleen
