You may remember this thrift store storage basket I scored a few weeks ago. It was in great condition but as might be expected, the liner was pretty dirty. While the liner was washing...

...I gave the basket and lid a coat of white spray paint. I considered leaving it the original color, but I planned to use it in my pastel colored bedroom and must confess I have a thing for white baskets.

Here it is with fresh paint and a nice clean liner!

I'll be using many of the pink trimmed vintage linens that Audrey gave me in my bedroom and this basket is a convenient way to store them.

Fragrant lavender bouquets can be found throughout my house. The sweet hankie was also chosen from the linens at Audrey's house.

  5. Looks so pretty painted white. The vintage linens look so pretty there. Thanks for the link back ... glad you are enjoying the linens. I guess I need to get busy and update my blog ... time is just passing so fast and no energy to be creative.
