Vintage Charm Features of the Week:

Cecilia’s Pick

I love seeing a creative approach to a classic tradition and Katrin of Kreativ K has done just that with her Nordic Advent Calendar. She purposely went completely neutral and really nordic to create the prettiest advent calendar I have ever seen. The photos are so stunning, I was floored when I realized it was created with paper bags! Check it out for yourself and be prepared to be inspired!

Toni from Small Home Soul created a DIY Map Art projcet that is spectacular. She wrote a detailed tutorial for the project from finding the frame to adding the romantic quote. Her project is quite inspirational. Check out Toni's map art project and I think you will agree.

Whether she knows it or not, Mary Alice from Chateau Chic has a real talent for styling shelves. I think you'll agree when you see her dining room hutch so beautifully decorated and ready for Christmas. From the ironstone pieces to the vintage ornaments, to the oh-so-lovely shabby chic touches, I'd say she hit a true home run. Stop by Styling Shelves for Christmas and let her know she's a real natural!

Michelle at Our Crafty Mom learned a new-to-her crafting technique and made some DIY Rustic Wood Slice Ornaments that are simply charming. She chose terrific vintage images to burn, including the old truck you see here and a wreath hanging from an old sled. Her easy to follow instructions and tips have me ready to give it a try myself.
