Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Ready for this week's fabulous thrift store finds? First, I am totally smitten with this vintage musical carousel that is in absolutely perfect condition...
....and Ginger Grand was equally impressed when I shared it with him during our Facetime chat ;) Next, since state souvenirs sell well in my vintage Etsy shop, I've added a new section. I love the colors of this gold trimmed, pink New Mexico plate. In addition to several other states, this one is also available.
I bought the buttoned Christmas tree napkin rings and
sweet stenciled napkins at different thrift stores, but they look like they were meant to be together, so I'm selling them as a set. The napkin rings are navy checked and the muslin napkins each feature an angel on one side and holly on the other. It doesn't appear that any of them have ever been used. There are four of each; all are 100% cotton and available.
Years ago, there was a local craft show I used to attend that sold similar handmade mats. They were displayed as both placemats and chair pads and these complement the set above too. I love the rustic stenciled trees and can picture flatware, napkins or hostess gifts tied to either side. Wouldn't the napkins, rings and placemats be charming together? Available
This Christmas sign is neither vintage or stenciled, but I like it because at first glance, it appears to be both!
Finally, I have plans for this little miniature!
Until next time, happy hunting!
I just love vintage Christmas items. You found some great ones!
ReplyDeleteYou have found some great stuff! Love it all. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteLove those napkin rings and the mats, they definitely go well together and have a nice rustic vibe :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing how well the napkins, napkin rings and mats work together. Like new condition too. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the little miniature cart and the carousal.
ReplyDeleteThat miniature is so sweet! :)
ReplyDeleteThe merry-go-round looks like one by Enesco or possibly Hallmark.
ReplyDeleteThat carousel is fabulous! Haven't found a New Mexico plate yet, love yours! Have a great weekend:) xoKathleen Charm Bracelet Diva {At Home}
ReplyDeleteHi Cecilia, your carousel caught my attention. I had the exact one from the 80's that I kept and my daughter actually had it in her room for a while before I decided it was time to let it go. Seeing yours makes me wish I would have kept it. :)
ReplyDeleteFantastic finds!! Love all of them!! Thanks so much for visiting!!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Deb
Love the carousel and the vintage Christmas goodies. Can't wait to see what you are going to do with the miniature. Thank you for sharing at Snickerdoodle Create, Bake, and Make Link Party!
ReplyDeleteSome great items! All the linens are really cute and I love their homespun look. Love the carousel too. I can see why Ginger Grand approves.
