I featured these berry-infused artisan ice cube sparkling spritzers in my Flower Fairies Summer Tablescape last week. As promised, today I'm sharing an easy tutorial so you can create your own! Start by adding berries and mint leaves to an artisan ice cube tray or silicone mold.
Next, fill with water and freeze. Last, place the frozen cubes in wine glasses or champagne flutes and add sparkling water. Optional: Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
I prefer blackberry or grapefruit sparkling water. What's your favorite?

What a cool idea. I might use blueberries. Looks amazing in those glasses.
