TGITF Friends! The weather has been simply gorgeous here and I would swear even the thrift store shelves seem to sense that it is almost spring. I fell in love with this little bird shaped bud vase...
These lovelies were at the bottom of a warehouse stack--can you believe they were .25 each? Needless to say they're keepers and will be added to my vintage transferware wall.
Having never seen anything quite like it, I was captivated by this beaded handmade egg diorma. The sweet angel and attention to detail is stunning. A little online research yielded very similar ones from the 1950s.
I adore milk glass and was thrilled to find a hen to add to my collection.
Is it just me, or are some of these vintage boxes as fun the contents inside? Of course, these party molds are begging to be repurposed!

You did make some good scores. Like you, the old packaging is sometimes as good, if not better than the contents. Your little chicken arrived just in time to use for Easter, too!

Those are some great finds! Love the beaded egg, the bird vase (how cute!), and the milk glass hen. The plates are wonderful as well. Can't wait to see what you do with the party molds. Fun, fun!
