Happy Monday, Friends! It's pear season and today I'm sharing a quick recipe that makes a lovely addition to any meal. These baked pears with feta and walnuts can be prepared in minutes plus you only need a few ingredients
Here's what you'll need:
Pears halved and cored
Olive oil
Fresh or dried thyme
Feta cheese
Walnuts
Balsamic glaze
Start by lining the baking dish with parchment paper. Then, after washing, coring, and halving your pears, brush each half with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme, and top with feta, and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees until the pears softens and the toppings start to brown. I baked mine for about 20 minutes--you don't want them to be mushy. Last, garnish with balsamic glaze before serving. Enjoy!
