Vintage Charm Features of the Week:
Cecilia’s Pick
Carole, blogger at From My Carolina Home has been busy this summer Creating Yard Art. I especially love that she repurposed the doves from her wedding cake topper so that she can enjoy them daily in her garden. Don't they look lovely tucked in the colorful dianthus pinks? Pay Carole a visit to see what she used to transform her doves!
Kathleen’s Pick
I am a huge fan of rusty, chippy things, especially galvanized metal, and even better if it can be upcycled into something useful and new. That's what Lisa, from Fresh Vintage by Lisa S. did with an old worn-out chicken feeder! She planted Succulents in a Stenciled Chicken Waterer/Feeder, and created a lovely outdoor attraction. I'm not sure where I can find one of those feeders, Lisa but you can be sure I'm on the lookout!
