Happy Monday, Friends! Looking for a last minute Easter treat? Today I'll show you how to make these lavender white chocolate candy eggs that are dainty and delicious! You can whip them up in minutes and you only need a few ingredients

Here's what you'll need:
Small egg silicone mold
Melted white chocolate
Culinary grade lavender essential oil
Optional: sprinkles
Start by decorating the egg mold with desired sprinkles. (Skip this step if you don't want sprinkles or your mold isn't suited for decoration.) Next, melt white chocolate until creamy--I used white chocolate chips. Then add just a drop of food grade lavender essential oil. TIP: When it comes to cooking with lavender, less is more--too much will taste soapy! Also, make sure you use culinary essential oil. Last, spread the lavender white chocolate mixture into the egg mold, refrigerate, and remove gently from the mold once the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!

Wishing you a joyous Easter!
