Make a Charcute-Wreath for the Holidays!

Happy Monday, Friends! Although it is still October, I know many of you may be thinking ahead to holiday ideas. For those of you who share my fondness for charcuterie, try my charcute-wreath for simply elegant entertaining

You can use the image below as a guide, adding your personal favorites and I've included a few tips to simplify preparations. First, whether you are gathering rosemary from your garden or purchasing bundles from the grocery store, place the sprigs upright in water prior to assembly--like flowers in a vase--to keep your wreath lush and green. Then pat them dry before layering the wreath. You'll notice I used a vintage cakestand and I find placing a bowl in the center during assembly makes it easier to keep the shape. Last add your preference of cheese, veggies, salami, etc. Look here for the easiest way to create salami roses! Enjoy!
