Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! My latest fabulous finds were scored from yard sales as well as a few of my favorite haunts. It just so happens that the common thread of my eclectic haul is that they are all in gorgeous shades of green

The vintage hankie, Pioneer Woman jade bowl, and pretty English tin are yard sale finds I scored for .25 each! You probably already know that I mix contemporary jade pieces with my vintage jadeite collection and that I often decorate with vintage hankies. However, you may not know that I keep an eye out for charming tins year-round for the baked goods gifts I make during the holidays.

Although I always check out clothes when I'm thrifting, I rarely find any that fits this short-girl! I love the idea of a romantic floral romper but since the fit is usually problematic, I almost passed this one by. Despite my concern that the neckline might be too low or the legs/shorts might be too short or clingy, I really liked the style and floral print so I decided to try it on anyway and I'm so glad I did. The fit is more like a dress--it takes a second glance to realize it is a romper. The neckline is fine, plus it's cool, comfy and...it has pockets! $2!

Last but not least, Hobby Lobby had these lovely green checked daisy plates half off--a set of 4 for $6! Stay tuned to see how I layer them with my vintage jadeite!

Until next time, happy hunting!
