15 Minute Dark Chocolate Blueberry Bark

Happy Monday, Friends! Do you enjoy concocting your own recipes? Recently, I created a new-to-me treat: dark chocolate blueberry bark and if I say so myself, it was very tasty! Today I'm sharing my recipe so you can whip it up in 15 minutes or less

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 cup nuts
XL Hershey's special dark chocolate bar
1 tablespoon coconut oil

You'll notice I added nuts for a bit of crunch-- I used 1/2 cup each of pepitas and walnuts but I imagine whatever is in your pantry will taste just as good. Ready to make your own?

Start by melting broken chocolate squares and coconut oil for 30 second intervals in the microwave. Next add nuts and blueberries, gently stirring until evenly coated with the melted chocolate. Then spread onto a wax paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate until hardened. Last break into pieces before serving. Enjoy!
