Happy Monday, Friends! On Thursday, my friend Carly treated me to an early birthday celebration with lunch, a cupcake, and a girls' day in Fredericksburg--so fun! We visited the new shop, Gathered & Good, and I snapped some photos just for you...
You may remember Smitten as one of my go-to shops in nearby Fredericksburg, which is where the new shop is located. While I was sad to see Smitten leave, I've known the new owner, Dawn, for several years. She's a kindred spirit, so I've been excited to visit.
The store's entry features a lovely garden...
....and charming porch which is festively decked out for fall!
You'll find lots of rusty, crusty goodness like this vintage wheelbarrow and
fabulous toolbox!
Most of the fall florals are on the porch...
...while holiday florals are blooming indoors!
How sweet are these darling miniature vintage Christmas vignettes?
This gorgeous milk glass display will inspire all the collectors out there!
If you're ever in the Texas Hill Country area, be sure to drop by.
Say "hi" to Dawn and tell her Cecilia sent you! {Feel free to pin away!}
Oh YES... I would love to visit that shop. Maybe soon ... lots of fun decorating ideas and treasures. Beautiful painted "loving cup".
ReplyDeleteSweet, and a beautiful styling transition with the vendor's displays. I hope you enjoyed your day, Cecilia. Yours is my idea of a great day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a charming shop! Love the Christmas vignettes!!
ReplyDeleteIt is always so cool to find a new store to find the goodies you enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the pictures. I got some lovely ideas to transform some vintage (and not so vintage!) stuff I have! My wheelbarrow should be used for decor instead of sitting there just rusting!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun day! I LOVE that worn trophy...
