Happy Tuesday, Friends! It's time for the Creative Craft Blog Hop hosted this month by Donna from Modern on Monticello! Today I'll show you how to create DIY drawer liners by pairing new and scrap dollar store supplies--plus you'll see crafty projects from eight blogger friends

If you've hopped over after visiting Carol from Bluesky at Home, welcome! Do you like to tackle indoor projects during the winter months? It's the perfect time to organize and beautify. Most recently, I worked on my lingerie chest--after purging and organizing the small drawers, I decided to elevate them with DIY drawer liners that I crafted with the peel-n-stick paper from Dollar Tree. Below you can see the unlined drawers as well as a close-up of a finished liner.

You'll notice that each liner features the eucalyptus paper as a base with different designs for the trim. This allowed me to get two liners out of each peel-n-stick paper as well as using some pretty scraps I had leftover from previous projects. I really like how they turned out--not bad for the $2.50 I spent on the two adhesive sheets!

Ready to make your own? Start with a clean and dry drawer surface. Next, measure the drawers to see how many adhesive sheets you will need, cut accordingly, peel, and stick. Then, raid your craft stash for pretty scraps to fill in any blank spaces. Last, play with the placement of the trim pieces before removing the backing and sticking them on the liner base, as pictured in the bottom left image. Voila! That's all there is to it!

Now, I see the lovely liners each time I open the drawers! Stay tuned next week for more beautiful blooming decor!

Thanks for stopping by today! Rachel from Tea and Forget Me Nots is next--then enjoy visiting the rest of today's creative bloggers for more crafty inspiration:
