Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Where are my dishaholics? This week's fabulous find features lovely, collectible vintage transferware...
Y'all know I own my addiction to pretty vintage dishes. Of course, all it takes is one step inside my home or glimpse at my blog and the secret is out, anyway! Looks like I'm not alone--my transferware gallery wall is a readers' favorite. These pretty brown floral teacups are keepers.
I also found several teacups and a bread and butter plate in the Royal China Old Curiosity Shop pattern.
Did you know the pattern was inspired by a Charles Dickens' story? Available here!
Until next time, happy hunting!
Cecelia,
ReplyDeleteGreat find!! I have quite a bit of this pattern myself and love to use it at Christmas because it has always reminded me of Charles Dicken's like England...Now I know why!! Thanks for sharing..Love your wall!!
Happy July 4th!
Hugs,
Deb
I look for these styles every time I shop but I rarely see them anymore. Great find!
