Thank God it's thrifty Friday, Friends! Around this time last year, I added a vintage baby section to my Etsy shop. From time to time, I come across sweet little treasures and it just so happens this was a week for vintage baby love...
I'm always drawn to these tiny porcelain baby shoe planters. Usually I've come across just one, but this time found a pair. Aren't they lovely with small dried rose bouquets added? Also the holes for the laces are open, so pastel ribbon could be added too. They look very similar to the McCoy shoes I've seen, but these have a Made in Japan seal on the bottom. Available
The next two features are handmade vintage baby clothes. Both have beautiful detail work, but unfortunately have seen better days and also have some holes. Even so, I've seen some darling displays created with these kind of worn pieces, so I am selling them As-Is. I love the pleats and gorgeous buttons on this little dress. The style reminds me of a baby Shirley Temple dress. Available
How sweet is this little romper? Available
I think the scalloped collar and sleeve detail is just beautiful. The tiny tag says Handmade.
This vintage Winnie the Pooh quilt by Sears, is in absolutely pristine condition.
The colorful pattern features each of the beloved characters on the front and the back is solid white. Available
Until next time, happy hunting!
